A little difificult to find but loverly once there. Went in the pool straight away. The jacuzzi did not work in the bath and the water was far too hot burnt my leg, but very nice hotel.

We were only there for one night but the food was excellent and the people that own/run the hotel were very friendly. If we were in that area again we would revisit.
Could be hard to find but well worth it when you get there.

The owner was most welcoming and attentive. The food was very good. The hotel is in very quiet location. Definitely recommended.
An unnecessarily complicated shower system

The couple who run the hotel was accommodating. The had us booked on the 3 rd floor (no elevator) and, when we requested a first floor room, the arranged that since we are in our 70s and didn't feel we could climb those steep stairs with our heavy luggage.
The hotel is located in a very isolated area in the countryside quite a long distance from Figeac. The roads are narrow and very curvy so going to and from locations we wanted to visit in the area was very inconvenient. The hotel is rather sterile and utilitarian with no ambiance whatsoever. It's ok if you want to sit at the lovely pool all day and perhaps hike country roads. That wasn't our goal.

Had a lovely Easter break in a tranquil location. Loved the beautiful gardens and relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor pool was fantastic and offered a perfect place to cool off from the hot sun. The family-friendly activities were a great bonus, especially for the kids. The included breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options and plenty of coffee to boot! The staff were friendly and personable, which made for a wonderful stay.
Some of the amenities we were looking forward to using were unavailable, which was a bit disappointing. The on-site restaurant was overpriced compared to other local options, and the lack of a decent gym made it difficult to exercise during our stay.

La Bastie D’Urfe is in a lovely quiet location well out of town, so rather a long way to go to find dinner if not eating in the hotel. Very helpful manager/owner
Meals of quality local produce, so not cheap, especially breakfast charges.

It was a lovely hotel with a Boutique hotel feel. There was also a swimming pool although we did not have time to use it.
We found the roads leading to it rather narrow and not well sign posted as to location, although once we found the signs to the hotel we were able to follow them and arrived there ok.
